What the registry expects from you and your contacts
-
The .at registry may ask us to verify the registrant's details. If we cannot verify them within 14 days, the registry emails the registrant directly and asks for proof of identity and address. If the registrant does not send it within 21 days, the registry takes the domain offline. If the registry still cannot verify the details 30 days later, it revokes the domain.
-
The registrant must verify their email address before a registration or transfer starts. When the registrant's details change, the registrant must verify them again before the change is sent to the registry.
Moving an existing .at domain to Domain Chief
-
You need the authorization code from the current registrar to transfer a .at domain.
-
The expiry date stays the same after the transfer.
-
Transferring a .at domain to Domain Chief is free.
